About the role
At Zurich, Engineer Surveyors are the “Face of Zurich” to a diverse client base, managing their own diary and servicing client areas across Leicester. The role offers flexible working options – part‑time, job‑share or full‑time – and combines field‑based inspections with home‑based reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out hands‑on statutory inspections of pressure, compressed‑air and steam equipment, ensuring compliance with legislation and Zurich’s standards.
- Report findings electronically using a rugged laptop, producing detailed inspection reports for clients.
Required profile
- Experienced engineer with a Level 4 qualification (HND/HNC) or equivalent apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Hands‑on experience with pressure systems, a full UK driving licence and willingness to work paid overtime.

What we offer
- Total package value over £65,000, with a salary up to £55,917.
