Engineering Coordinator – Luxury Hotel

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Coordinator to join the team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a landmark luxury hotel in Knightsbridge, London.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance requests through the HotSOS system.
• Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support procurement activities.
• Maintain engineering records, compliance certificates, and Health & Safety documentation.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and engineering projects.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Engineering team while delivering excellent guest and colleague service.

Required profile

• Works effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• NVQ or City & Guilds in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline, plus IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety certification.
• Competent in HVAC systems, BMS, FLS, and intermediate‑level Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.
• Creative, solutions‑focused, and highly detail‑oriented.
