About the role
The Engineering Delivery Internship supports the Digital Payload Centre of Competence Project Delivery Team, helping to deliver equipment, antenna and engineering projects for Airbus Defence and Space.
Key responsibilities
- Support the team by running small projects or work packages.
- Administer and manage cross‑project processes and governance.
- Build and maintain tools, KPIs and action trackers to improve team efficiency.
- Assist in integrating lessons learned, managing risks, opportunities and contracts.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in Engineering, Physics or Business.
- Interest in project, business or engineering management.
- Proficiency with Google business tools such as Sheets, Docs and Slides.
- Energetic, approachable team player with a proactive mindset.
What we offer
- Salary of £24,500 per year.
- 37‑hour work week with flexible and hybrid working options.
- Half‑day Fridays and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
