Engineering Manager (Audio Visual)

About the role

This is a senior engineering position within a fast‑growing commercial AV solutions provider. You will split your time between the office and client sites, leading technical delivery from the initial survey through to commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of commercial AV projects from survey to completion.
• Act as the senior technical point of contact for engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Support commissioning, fault finding and complex installations on site.
• Conduct site surveys and develop robust technical solutions.
• Mentor, manage and develop the engineering team.
• Improve installation standards, processes and documentation across the business.

Required profile

• Strong background in commercial AV installations.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Comfortable with site surveys, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
