Engineering Manager – Marine Vessels

About the role
Join a leading marine vessel manufacturer as an Engineering Manager. Based in Tendring, you will work on‑shore, supporting a range of 21‑ to 32‑metre vessels, with occasional travel across Europe for repair projects. The role includes in‑house training and a competitive benefits package.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with operations managers, fleet engineers and vessel crews to resolve breakdowns and defects.
- Act as the technical point of contact for fleet engineers and crew members.
- Diagnose and repair vessel issues in the Tendring workshop and on‑site locations throughout Europe.
- Maintain high standards of timely maintenance and documentation.
Required profile
- Experience as an Engineering Manager, senior Marine Engineer, or equivalent fleet‑management role.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to European sites.
- Ability to commute to Tendring on a regular basis.
