Engineering Projects Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Projects Manager to lead a global portfolio of engineering programmes for a market‑leading manufacturer. The role offers autonomy to shape engineering governance, drive manufacturing improvements and influence strategy across multiple international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of engineering projects including new product introduction, value engineering and manufacturing improvements.
• Manage and develop a team of engineering professionals, fostering best practice.
• Establish project governance, resource planning and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Oversee engineering change management, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project performance to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Engineering Project Manager within a manufacturing environment.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi‑site engineering programmes.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
