Engineering Supervisor – Depot (Commercial Vehicles)

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead our depot workshop in Keighley. You will ensure our bus fleet remains safe, reliable and ready to deliver high‑quality service across the North of England.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, servicing and repair of the bus fleet.
• Lead a team of engineers, electricians and body‑repair technicians.
• Plan shifts, manage on‑call arrangements and allocate resources.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle reliability, presentation and compliance with DVSA regulations.
• Support strong MOT pass rates and monitor engineering budgets.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
• Full UK driving licence (PCV licence preferred or obtainable).
• Proven experience in a vehicle maintenance environment, preferably with buses or coaches.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and support a technical team.
