Engineering Supervisor – Keighley Depot

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead our Keighley depot workshop. You will ensure our bus fleet is safe, reliable and ready to serve passengers across the North of England each day.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, servicing and repair of a large bus fleet.
• Lead a team of engineers, electricians and body‑repair technicians.
• Plan shifts, manage on‑call rotas and allocate resources.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle reliability, presentation and compliance with DVSA regulations.
• Drive MOT pass rates and monitor engineering budgets.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent City & Guilds qualifications.
• Full driving licence (and PCV licence or willingness to obtain one).
• Proven experience in a vehicle maintenance environment, preferably with buses or coaches.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and support a workshop team.
