Engineering Support Administrator

About the role

This permanent position sits at the heart of a busy manufacturing environment, supporting Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams. You will ensure that engineering, quality and customer documentation is accurate, compliant and readily available, providing real visibility across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering, quality and customer documentation.
• Support contract reviews and order processing activities.
• Maintain supplier and specification records.
• Process quality‑related documentation and non‑conformance records.
• Control technical drawings and engineering data.
• Update and maintain information within the MRP system.
• Assist with pricing administration and commercial activities.
• Ensure business records remain accurate, compliant and fully traceable.

Required profile

• Enjoys working with detail and takes pride in accuracy.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating with different teams.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience in an administration, engineering support, document control or manufacturing environment.
