Content Guru is hosting a Graduate Assessment Day at its head office in Bracknell, Berkshire on 22 September 2026 to recruit STEM graduates for its Engineering Support team. As a Support Engineer you will own incidents from the initial customer report through to resolution, prioritise and categorise faults, and escalate where necessary. You will deliver software or infrastructure updates, follow technical troubleshooting guidelines, and keep customers informed while building trusted relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM or Computer Science related subject, strong problem‑solving abilities, and experience communicating technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Candidates should be technically capable, have good customer‑service experience, and possess strong written and spoken communication skills. This permanent, full‑time position is based onsite at the Bracknell office, offering the chance to develop a career in a thriving technical environment within a leading cloud communications provider.
