English Teacher – Key Stage 3 & 4 (Full‑time, Temporary)

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a brand‑new secondary school in South London. The successful candidate will deliver English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils, starting in September, on a full‑time temporary basis.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess engaging English lessons for KS3 and KS4 classes.
- Prepare resources and use the school’s state‑of‑the‑art facilities to enhance learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the school’s pastoral and extracurricular activities.
Required profile
- Qualified to teach secondary English in the UK (QTS) or hold an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
- Open to candidates at any career stage, including newly qualified teachers.
- Commitment to the school’s high expectations for achievement, conduct and personal development.
