Enrolment Specialist – Temporary (3 months)

About the role

This temporary position supports a fast‑scaling health‑tech company delivering remote patient monitoring. As an Enrolment Specialist you will guide patients through the start of their monitoring journey, ensuring they feel confident and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Call eligible patients, explain the remote monitoring service and answer questions.
• Build trust and reassure patients who may feel anxious about using new technology.
• Guide patients through onboarding steps, including login, consent and initial questionnaires.
• Support patients considering leaving the programme and work to reduce churn.
• Accurately record all interactions in internal platforms.
• Assist other teams when required and contribute to a results‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Current clean DBS certificate.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Warm, patient communication style with the ability to calm and motivate users.
• Resilience for high‑volume calling and flexibility to work Saturdays and shifts between 8 am–8 pm.
• Strong organisational skills and accurate record‑keeping.
• Motivation to meet KPIs and performance incentives.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or similar support tools.

What we offer

• 35 hours per week, hybrid working in West London.
• Hourly rate £14‑£15 plus bonus potential.
• Three‑month fixed‑term contract with possible extension based on performance.
