Enterprise Account Executive – EMEA

About the role

Rogo is transforming global finance with AI for the world’s leading investment banks, private equity funds and investment firms. The Enterprise Account Executive will own new‑logo and expansion quota across global banks, PE firms and asset managers in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own a new‑logo and expansion quota for global banks, private equity firms and asset managers.
• Build C‑Suite relationships, map complex organisations and develop multi‑threaded deal strategies.
• Lead rigorous discovery and run proofs of value tied to clear business outcomes.
• Construct executive‑ready business cases and navigate security, compliance and legal reviews.
• Drive deals from prospecting to multi‑year enterprise licence agreements and partner with Post‑Sales for roll‑outs and upsells.
• Consistently deliver ARR targets while feeding product and GTM teams with customer insights.

Required skills

• SaaS sales experience (5+ years closing complex deals).
• Proficiency with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
• Understanding of data‑privacy standards.
• Experience with enterprise information‑security reviews.
• Track record of hitting $1M+ quotas.
