Enterprise Account Executive – German‑Speaking (London)

About the role

Join Pallet’s first Enterprise Account Executive team in EMEA to build the company’s commercial presence across Europe. You will own net‑new enterprise acquisition for logistics providers, educate customers on AI‑powered workflow automation, and help shape the international go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, from outbound prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and maintain a 3‑4× qualified pipeline, self‑sourcing at least 30 % of opportunities.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at Europe’s largest logistics providers.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to map operational workflows to Pallet’s AI agent capabilities.
• Scope and run structured pilots that demonstrate measurable ROI and convert into enterprise deployments.
• Document repeatable use cases and feed market feedback into product roadmap and GTM strategy.

Required profile

• 8 + years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
• Business‑fluent German for discovery, negotiation and presentations.
• Proven track record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure enterprise software deals.
• Strong consultative, value‑based selling methodology and experience with complex buying committees.
• Executive presence and ability to sell technical, workflow‑heavy software products.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
