Enterprise Account Executive – Inside Sales (UK)

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and is looking for an Inside Enterprise Account Executive to sell into the largest Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) in the UK. You will act as a strategic hunter, combining high‑velocity closing skills with enterprise‑level operational rigor to grow Dandy’s footprint across practices and corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales motions by expanding accounts post‑MSA to achieve 70%+ penetration and by generating grassroots momentum pre‑MSA.
• Drive high‑conversion sales with new practices, ensure seamless onboarding, and guide clients to their first order.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to share practice‑level insights that support corporate negotiations and position Dandy as the top lab within DSOs.
• Maintain a highly organized, detail‑oriented book of business with tight pipeline management and data discipline.
• Travel 30‑40% as needed to meet prospects and support expansion activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years of proven quota‑overachievement in enterprise or expansion sales.
• Demonstrated ability to close high‑velocity deals and manage complex corporate structures such as DSOs.
• Self‑starter with strong determination, grit, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, pipeline management, and data discipline.
