Enterprise Account Executive - UK

About the role

Endor Labs is hiring Enterprise Account Executives in London to own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, driving new business with enterprise customers focused on developer productivity and application security. Buyers are CISOs, AppSec leaders and engineering executives, and you will build your own pipeline rather than inherit one.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals end to end, coordinating SAs, CS, SDRs and Marketing
• Source a meaningful share of your pipeline through strategic, trigger-based prospecting
• Run discovery and qualification with MEDDPICC and apply a structured enterprise motion such as Command of the Message
• Translate technical depth into clear business outcomes, map the buying committee and build internal champions
• Manage pipeline rigorously, forecast precisely and consistently exceed targets

Required profile

• 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales in cybersecurity, DevOps or developer tools
• Track record of closing multi-threaded, six-figure deals with enterprise accounts
• Experience in a structured, playbook-driven motion (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Command of the Message, Force Management or similar)
• Demonstrated over-attainment, such as President's Club or top-decile ranking
• Experience creating demand at high-growth companies
• Comfort selling to technical buyers such as CISOs and engineering leaders
