Enterprise Account Manager – Europe

About the role

Macrobond is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join its Continental European team. You will act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients, helping them maximise the value of Macrobond’s economic and financial data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Identify and secure new enterprise clients across key sectors, building a robust pipeline.
• Lead discovery meetings, craft proposals and deliver product demonstrations to multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go‑to‑market strategies and provide field insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Macrobond as the preferred data provider.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of account management or sales experience, or 5+ years in customer success with a quota‑bearing role.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts through consultative selling.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• SaaS experience managing enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Experience integrating APIs and delivering data‑driven solutions.
