Enterprise Architect (Business Systems) – Hybrid Working

About the role

The role involves defining and leading the architecture strategy for key corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Tax and Marketing. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business objectives while operating in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, govern and evolve enterprise, solution and target architectures across business systems.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into technology road‑maps.
• Lead architecture delivery for Finance, HR, Tax and related corporate applications.
• Mentor Solution Architects and technical teams throughout the transition phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience delivering architecture across Finance, HR, Tax and other corporate systems.
• Expertise in TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at executive level.
