Enterprise Business Development Representative (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Partner teams to build strong opportunities in key EMEA target accounts. The role involves outbound calling, video prospecting, crafting compelling messaging and qualifying leads to start high‑quality conversations for your AEs. This is a full‑time hybrid position based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts.
• Qualify inbound leads and generate quality meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
• Build account plans together with your Account Executive.
• Log activity, organise and categorise sales‑lead information in the CRM and use prospecting tools.
• Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value proposition to support customers’ business goals.
• Meet inbound and outbound KPIs while balancing competing priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses with a high‑performance track record.
• Confident in qualifying both inbound and outbound leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly curious and motivated to solve customer problems.
• Ability to convey technical concepts in an easy‑to‑understand way.
• Comfortable meeting daily, weekly and monthly call, email and meeting targets.
• Intrinsic ‘get stuck in’ attitude.
• Fluent Dutch speaker.
