Enterprise Business Development Representative – German Speaking

About the role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team! In this role you will work closely with your Account Executives, Marketing and Partner teams to ensure EMEA builds strong opportunities in key target accounts. Responsibilities include outbound calling, video prospecting, crafting compelling messaging and qualifying leads to start high‑quality conversations for your AEs.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound into Enterprise Accounts.
• Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees.
• Build account plans with your Account Executive.
• Organise, log activity, and categorise sales lead information into our CRM and use prospecting tools.
• Articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and align with their business goals.
• Adhere to inbound and outbound KPIs while balancing competing priorities.

Required profile

• Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses with a track record of high performance.
• Confident qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly curious and interested in solving customers' problems.
• Able to convey technical principles in an easy‑to‑understand way.
• Comfortable meeting daily, weekly and monthly call, email and meeting targets.
• Intrinsically motivated with a “get stuck in” attitude.
• Fluent German speaking.
