Enterprise Implementation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Implementation Manager to own a high volume of mid‑market and enterprise implementations from kickoff to go‑live. You will steer timelines, manage technical complexity and guide customers through high‑stakes rollouts of our HR tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver every implementation on time, clearing blockers with urgency.
• Own project management from kickoff through go‑live, tracking milestones, risks and alignment.
• Lead discovery workshops, design tailored implementation plans and scope HRIS integrations.
• Read API documentation, map data and reduce engineering dependency where possible.
• Coordinate integrations, product and support teams for timely delivery and clear communication.
• Act as a trusted advisor on workflow design and product best practices.
• Hand customers over to Customer Success and support early adoption.
• Build and deliver scalable training – live sessions, train‑the‑trainer programs and self‑serve materials.

Required profile

• 3+ years leading large B2B SaaS implementations for enterprise and mid‑market customers.
• Experience running 10+ complex implementations concurrently.
• Technical self‑sufficiency – comfortable reading API docs and using tools like Postman.
• Background in high‑growth startups (50‑250 employees) with evolving processes.
• Structured project‑management approach with proactive risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to own outcomes, not just tasks.
• Regular use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for planning, research and communication.
• Professional polish and ability to command a virtual room.
• Bonus: experience in HR or recruiting technology.
