Enterprise Risk Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to shape and strengthen risk management across our highly regulated aviation business. You will provide enterprise‑wide oversight, insight and challenge, ensuring risks and opportunities are effectively identified, assessed and managed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Integrated Risk Management framework.
• Support risk governance activities, including risk reviews, committee reporting and governance processes.
• Facilitate risk assessments and support risk owners in managing risks and opportunities.
• Oversee the enterprise risk register, ensuring accuracy and meaningful reporting.
• Produce risk analysis, trend reporting, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct horizon scanning and scenario analysis to identify emerging risks.
• Develop and monitor key risk indicators and risk appetite measures.
• Lead implementation and ongoing development of enterprise risk management tools and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
• Experience working within regulated or complex operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
