Enterprise Sales Development Representative - German speaking

About the role

Redis is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative who speaks German to join its Field Outbound SDR team in London. You will prospect predefined named accounts, follow up on inbound leads, and build a pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities while collaborating closely with Account Executives, global SDRs, and the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and engage predefined named accounts.
• Develop, nurture, and close leads through the sales process.
• Strategize outreach, track activities, and maintain databases in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Build strong internal relationships with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Alliances.
• Identify champions, generate quality SQLs, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Execute outbound prospecting using email, phone, social, and video channels.

Required profile

• Fluent English and native German proficiency.
• Tech‑enthusiast with a passion for SaaS solutions.
• Curious, resourceful, motivated and able to work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong written communication and storytelling ability.
• Previous social‑selling experience.
