Enterprise Sales Manager – EMEA

About the role

At Bynder we enable leading brands to deliver exceptional content experiences. The Enterprise Sales Manager, EMEA will lead a team of up to six Enterprise Account Executives across the UK&I, Northern Europe and DACH, driving strategic growth in large, complex accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with AEs in strategic prospect and customer meetings and shape account strategies, qualification rigor, deal execution and negotiation tactics.
• Recruit, hire and onboard high‑performing enterprise sellers, creating a culture of accountability and consistent over‑performance.
• Coach the team on enterprise sales methodology, deal strategy and executive selling through weekly one‑ons, pipeline reviews and forecast calls.
• Become an expert on Bynder’s platform, use cases, integrations and roadmap, and lead regular enablement sessions.
• Maintain high standards for pipeline hygiene, qualification rigor and forecast accuracy, monitoring pipeline health and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Executive Leadership, bringing market feedback into the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a management or leadership role with a proven record of building high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and accurate forecasting in a high‑transaction environment.
• Experience selling to marketing and creative teams and managing individual contributors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think on the spot.
• Passion for technology, SaaS and cloud solutions.
