Enterprise Sales Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

We are partnering with a global payments organisation to expand its enterprise retail footprint in the Benelux region. The role is a strategic, new‑business position focused on acquiring and growing large enterprise merchants in Belgium through complex solution selling and executive‑level engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new enterprise retail accounts across Belgium.
• Manage long‑cycle, high‑value sales opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑level decision makers.
• Develop and maintain a high‑value sales pipeline.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities within enterprise retail accounts.
• Collaborate closely with internal relationship managers and partnership teams.
• Represent the organisation within the local payments and retail ecosystem.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, payments, FinTech or complex financial‑services solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Hunter mentality with a focus on self‑generated new business.
• Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and multiple decision makers.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Belgian payments landscape or enterprise retail market is a plus.
• Additional European languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Strategic sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN or Challenger (advantageous).
