Enterprise Software Implementation Project Manager

About the role

You will lead a high‑impact, 24‑month transformation programme that implements the HASTUS workforce planning and scheduling platform across multiple operating companies. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, ensuring the solution moves from mobilisation to live operation and then to business‑as‑usual.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the end‑to‑end delivery of the HASTUS implementation, managing timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate a federated delivery model, aligning group standards with local requirements across several sites.
• Oversee data readiness, system integrations, testing, cut‑over planning and go‑live activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operational leaders, technology teams and third‑party partners.
• Drive change‑management, training, user adoption and operational readiness.
• Provide regular governance updates and reporting to senior sponsors and programme steering groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise software programmes (ERP, HCM, HRIS, workforce management) in multi‑business environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior operational and executive leaders.
• Excellent planning, risk management and project governance capabilities.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and implementation partners.
• Background in transport, logistics, rail, aviation or similarly complex operational sectors is desirable.
