Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join the high‑performance IT Infrastructure team of the Audi Revolut F1 Team. Based at the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in Bicester, you will help shape the digital transformation of a world‑class motorsport organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards and roadmaps across applications, cloud, integration, data and infrastructure.
• Lead architectural alignment for initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA, CAD/PLM integration, cloud platforms and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Translate business and operational requirements into secure, scalable solution architectures with clear design guidance.
• Design and build cloud‑native, future‑ready applications and integration patterns.
• Coordinate architecture governance, design reviews and exception handling with IT, business stakeholders, vendors and project teams.
• Support integration design between core systems including ERP, PLM, HR, custom cloud applications, document and service management platforms.
• Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations balancing value, security, compliance, cost and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in enterprise or solution architecture within complex, multi‑system environments.
• Proven expertise in integration architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, data flows and security‑by‑design principles.
• Experience in architectural governance, roadmap definition and senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate across business, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure and vendor teams.
• Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
