About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic waiter or waitress to join the team at NoMad London’s flagship restaurant and bars. The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent service in a high‑calibre, fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Work efficiently under a fast‑paced environment while upholding NoMad’s service standards.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling based on business needs.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Previous experience in a high‑calibre restaurant or hotel setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work according to business requirements.
