Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced entrepreneurship educators to help train AI systems that generate startup and business planning advice. Your real‑world expertise will directly influence how AI understands early‑stage ventures, improving the relevance and reliability of its recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated startup and entrepreneurship scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance.
• Evaluate business models, financial assumptions, and go‑to‑market strategies presented by the AI.
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that enhances AI quality and reliability.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, business planning, or small‑business development.
• Strong understanding of business models, early‑stage decision‑making, and startup dynamics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans, pitch decks, and market strategies.
• Comfortable delivering clear, applied, real‑world feedback in writing.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of startup ecosystems and business model evaluation.
• Expertise in assessing financial assumptions and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong written communication for providing detailed feedback.
• Familiarity with AI content evaluation workflows (nice to have).
