Entry Level Associate Search Consultant

About the role

G&E Partners is looking for recent graduates to join our London office as Associate Search Consultants. You will work directly with senior leaders in the US market, building a network of C‑suite executives while developing your expertise in construction, data centres and supply chain recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior professionals and business leaders.
• Headhunt, interview and assess high‑performing candidates.
• Develop new client relationships through business development and networking.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Become a market expert within the specialist sector.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (1‑2 years) or final‑year student graduating by 2026.
• Strong communication skills and a competitive, resilient mindset.
• Ambitious, coachable and eager to learn.
