About the role

Join Hays as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant in our London flagship office. You will work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where you manage your own business, source candidates, win new client business and match the right talent to the right opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
• Source, screen and present candidates for a range of vacancies.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Provide market insight and advice to clients throughout the recruitment process.
