Entry Level Recruitment Consultant – German Speaking

About the role

Rise Technical Recruitment is looking for a motivated, German‑fluent graduate to join its Bristol office as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant. You will work in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment, developing expertise in engineering, energy, technology and construction markets across Germany and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates across Europe.
• Build and nurture client relationships, including generating new business.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – briefings, interviews, offers and placements.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with candidates and clients.
• Progress towards market‑specialist status with clear pathways to senior or leadership roles.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills.
• Resilient, competitive and target‑driven.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence on the phone.
• Motivated to learn, improve and achieve set goals.
• Interest in a long‑term career with leadership potential; sales experience is a plus but not essential.
