Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant to join our brand‑new Exeter office. This is a full‑time, on‑site position where you will help build our client base and support candidates across engineering and technical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and commission goals.
• Collaborate with the wider Rise Technical team to drive office growth.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Coachable with a willingness to receive feedback.
• Demonstrated ambition to achieve targets.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive base salary £25,000–£26,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission up to 40% and OTE £35,000‑£45,000.
