Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with client companies in the engineering and technical sectors.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Build a personal client portfolio and achieve placement targets.
• Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the agency’s growth objectives.
