About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, entry‑level Recruitment Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Bristol. You will act as the vital link between talented candidates and our client organisations, helping to place professionals across engineering, energy, IT and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and present candidates to client hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and corporate clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop market insights and improve service delivery.
