Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (USA Division)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join our new USA Division based in London. You will help build a UK‑based team that sources and places candidates for US‑market clients, working flexible afternoon and evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business by contacting potential clients and candidates in the US market.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Maintain and grow relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to meet division revenue targets.
• Adapt working hours to align with US West Coast time zones.

Required profile

• Motivated, results‑driven individual with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (approximately 2 pm‑10 pm).
• Ambition to progress to a Director role.
