Entry Level Sales Associate – Full‑Time (Portsmouth)

About the role
This full‑time, entry‑level position is based in the Portsmouth area and involves representing a range of brands at live events and campaign locations. You will work on a subcontracted basis, gaining hands‑on sales experience while travelling across the South East of England.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers face‑to‑face during event‑based sales campaigns.
- Represent multiple client brands with confidence and professionalism.
- Travel to various campaign sites and provide performance feedback.
- Attend initial training and participate in ongoing coaching sessions.
Required profile
- Willingness to learn and develop new sales skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in direct customer interactions.
- Positive, proactive attitude with full‑time (5‑day) availability.
