About the role

This graduate position offers a structured pathway into wealth management and financial planning within a boutique, independent firm in London. You will start in Adviser Support, gaining hands‑on experience across pensions, investments and protection while working closely with advisers serving high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client meeting documentation using FE Analytics.
• Manage LOAs, liaise with third‑party providers and onboard new business.
• Ensure all client documents comply with FCA regulations.
• Support advisers with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Gradually take on increased responsibilities as knowledge grows.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and motivated to build a career in wealth management.
• Confident when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Any internship or work experience in wealth management is advantageous.
