Environmental Advisor – Hybrid (Water Sector)

About the role

Advanced Resource Managers is recruiting an Environmental Advisor to support a leading water company. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Falmer office, and offers the chance to develop as a broad environmental generalist within large infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on environmental support on infrastructure and linear projects.
• Identify environmental constraints and coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist project teams with environmental assessments and impact mitigation.
• Develop expertise across multiple environmental topics to become a generalist.

Required profile

• Degree in an environmental science discipline.
• Experience with Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) or similar environmental assessments.
• Good understanding of UK environmental legislation.
• Proven experience supporting project‑based environmental work.
• Strong report writing and documentation abilities.
