Equipment Coordinator – Night Shift

About the role

This full‑time, night‑shift position (7 pm – 7 am, Monday‑Friday) supports the operations department of a fast‑growing European film‑equipment subsidiary. You will act as the central hub for equipment movement, ensuring that every item is correctly allocated to the right production job.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment checkout and loading across all departments, guaranteeing correct job allocation.
• Liaise with Account Management, end customers, and distribution teams to fulfil equipment requests promptly.
• Organise truck arrivals and departures, document vehicle identities, and ensure safe, efficient loading.
• Maintain a master pull list and job file for each new production, logging all communications.
• Report shortages, manage delivery paperwork, and advise on vehicle size and load weight.
• Collaborate with the Equipment Control Manager and Shift Leaders to align priorities and dispatch deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with multiple internal and external parties.
