Equities Cash Application Support Senior Manager (SVP)

About the role

Citi is looking for a senior leader to join its global Equities Cash Application Support team on the London trading floor. The role focuses on providing technical support and production management for a suite of Equities Cash trading applications, ensuring smooth operation across business and technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on technical support for Equities Cash trading applications in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage production incidents, coordinate resolution, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with development teams, applying an investigative approach to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology partners to align support activities with global support strategy.
