ERP Project Manager – Remote (UK Wide)

About the role

We are partnering with a respected ERP solutions provider to find an experienced ERP Project Manager. You will lead end‑to‑end software delivery projects for mid‑market and enterprise customers, working remotely across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of ERP and SaaS implementation projects, from initiation to go‑live.
• Deliver multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and customer expectations.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery.
• Lead kick‑offs, status meetings, risk reviews and go‑live planning sessions.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Collaborate with consultants, technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including plans, UAT and go‑live readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software implementation projects (ERP and/or SaaS).
• Experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong customer‑facing stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management and a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
