ERP Project Support Coordinator – Dynamics 365

About the role

The client is a multinational organisation embarking on a large‑scale Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP transformation across its global operations. They are looking for an ERP Project Support Coordinator to help deliver the complex, multi‑site rollout, initially on a six‑month fixed‑term basis with the prospect of a permanent role. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days per week in the Central London office.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end‑to‑end project delivery across key milestones.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, including steering committees and workstreams.
• Maintain and enforce project governance standards and documentation.
• Track project plans, timelines, and dependencies across global sites.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support reporting, including status updates and progress tracking.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination between cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO or Project Support role.
• Experience with ERP implementations, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of project governance and lifecycle methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex, global projects.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach with strong communication skills.
