Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior Floating Branch Manager to lead our North Kent estate agency operations. You will cover holidays, vacancies and sickness across multiple locations, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead morning meetings and coaching sessions for the branch team.
• Generate new business, identify leads and convert valuations into listings and sales.
• Value properties and showcase them to achieve the best possible results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and build a reputation as a local expert.
• Provide exceptional customer service, motivate staff and boost overall performance.
• Cover holidays, vacancies and sickness across the North Kent area.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000 plus car allowance or company car.
• On‑target earnings of £50,000‑£55,000 with uncapped commission.
