About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estate Agent to join our successful Truro branch. You will have the autonomy to build client relationships, win new business, and contribute to an ambitious, forward‑thinking team.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Conduct market appraisals for sales and lettings.
• Develop long‑term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Play a key role in the continued growth and success of the branch.

Required profile

• Proven track record in estate agency.
• Enjoy winning business and building long‑term client relationships.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results‑driven.
• Knowledge of lettings compliance and current legislation.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative.

Required skills

• £28,000 – £30,000 basic salary.
• Realistic OTE of £45,000 – £50,000.
