About the role

The Estate Agent Lister will be responsible for driving residential property sales, valuations and listings for a forward‑thinking independent agency. You will play a key part in expanding market share and enhancing the company’s reputation for quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

Generate and manage sales and listings of residential properties to grow the business.
Conduct accurate property valuations and provide professional advice to clients.
Contribute to the agency’s market‑share growth through proactive client engagement.

Required profile

Proven track record in residential property sales, valuation and listings.
Previous experience in an estate agency, preferably in senior roles such as Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager.

What we offer

Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car.
On‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000 per year.
33 days annual leave (increasing with service).
Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30 and alternate Saturdays 9:00‑17:00.
