Estate Agent Listings Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Estate Agent Listings Manager to drive growth and increase market share for a well‑established independent estate agency in Chelmsford. The role focuses on residential property sales, valuations and listings, delivering high‑quality service and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand market share through proactive sales and listings.
• Manage the full listing process, from valuation to marketing and negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve on‑target earnings by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Represent the agency as a champion of residential property sales and listings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an estate agency environment, preferably as a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager.
• Demonstrated track record of successful residential property sales and listings.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and valuation techniques.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to £27,500 per annum.
• Car allowance of £400‑£450 per month or the option of a company car.
• On‑target earnings potential of £50,000.
