Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

About the role

Join Get Sold Now, one of the UK’s fastest‑growing property buying companies, as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator. Working from our Shoreditch or Chigwell office, you will help market and sell residential properties, guiding buyers from initial viewings through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sale of residential property stock.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Qualify prospective purchasers and negotiate offers.
• Liaise with buyers, solicitors and other parties throughout the sales process.
• Progress agreed sales through exchange and completion.
• Provide regular updates to buyers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximise property exposure.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential estate agency or property sales.
• Confidence conducting viewings and negotiating deals.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000–£35,000 per year (depending on experience).
