Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Fulfords residential sales team in Plymouth. As part of Connells Group, the UK’s leading property services business, you will help customers buy homes while developing a clear career path across sales, lettings, mortgage services and more.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and schedule property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process to exchange and completion.
• Identify and book new appointments to maximise branch activity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT tools (internet, email).
