Estate Operative (Glasgow)

About the role

Our client is looking for a reliable Estate Operative to join their Glasgow‑based maintenance team. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑4 pm, and is paid on a PAYE basis. You will be responsible for keeping the estate’s outdoor areas and facilities tidy, safe and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Cut and maintain grass, hedges and other landscaped areas.
• Perform bulk uplifts, load and unload materials, and assist with stock movements.
• Carry out general labour tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs and site preparation.
• Support other team members with ad‑hoc duties to ensure smooth estate operations.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a similar estate or grounds‑maintenance role.
• Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
